Meet the Panel

ANDREW MEADE
Andrew brings decades of experience in the industry. He spent 12 years as a casting director at Hollywood Casting Group, working on films, TV commercials, and print campaigns. Now, Andrew applies his expertise as a commercial photographer working in advertising. This dual background in casting and photography has provided him with a unique perspective of the industry seeing firsthand what clients look for and evaluate in talent auditions and photo submissions.

TYLER MOLINARI
Tyler has over thirty years in the industry, booking models and talent for runway, catalog, editorial, print, commercials, and film/TV. Born and raised in New Jersey, Tyler pursued acting and modeling from childhood through college, where he began working at an agency as an intern. Working his way up to Director, he established excellent working relationships with esteemed clients and casting directors. After relocating to South Florida, he joined Posche and eventually took over the agency. In 2016, Tyler opened a branch in NYC and currently maintains both offices.

FLORENCE KIRILOVA
Florance graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Media & Communications. She moved to South Florida and started working with Posche Models in 2014, representing models for runways, editorials, print, and commercials. With a passion for TV and film, she established a legit department in NYC in 2016. Florance focuses on diversity, representing over 150 actors from all over the world, including Europe, Asia, and South America. Posche talent appears in major TV shows like Blue Bloods, FBI Most Wanted, New Amsterdam, Ghost, and in movies like Joker and Halloween Ends.
